Based on our industry-leading realtyreport® newsletter product, we have designed realtyreport® Online (RROnline) to meet the needs of busy REALTORS who want to communicate with their customers in the digital age. RROnline features a monthly e-newsletter that links back to either a customizable web site hosted by Market Connections Inc.® or to a page on your existing web site.

Easy to Setup, Easy to Use

You're busy. You probably don't want to spend a lot of time worrying about web sites. Send us your email list, your photo and logo. Choose a masthead and a color theme. Pick a home page message. That's all you have to do. Every month, your customers will get a new email they can click through to see the latest articles and view your web site.

E-Newsletter

The e-newsletter is an attractive html email that contains a colorful masthead and selections from 4 featured newsletter articles. It has a customizable margin to include your photo, logo and contact information prominently. The e-newsletter has been tested in various email clients on Windows and Macintosh platforms as well as several online services, such as Hotmail and Gmail, for wide compatibility. We have created a clean and attractive package that complies with email marketing standards to ensure as best as possible the email will be delivered to your customers.

Emails go out every month to an email list you provide and maintain using our Online Customer Service site. You can customize the outgoing message.

Website Landing Page

The e-newsletter articles link back to a web site at www.realtyreportonline.com/yoursitename hosted by Market Connections. For the easiest setup, we take your existing newsletter layout, photos and logos and create a great looking web site using one of a number of themes. Automatically, the RROnline site provides a Home page (with a message you can customize at any time), a Newsletter page with articles going back 5 issues, and a Contact page, where customers can reach you.

Full Service Web site

If you require a full service web site with more options than the basic e-newsletter landing pages, RROnline can be customized to provide you with the following:

Realty Listings' pages with photo galleries, area map, email-a-friend and a convenient mortgage calculator.
